Bukidnon’s Native Delicacy: Binaki
One of my favorite native delicacy since I was a child is this yummy Binaki. I grew up eating Binaki because my grandma always buy it at the market in our hometown in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon . This delicacy is made of grated young corn with milk and sugar then wrapped in corn husk.
My mom took a shot of this binaki for sale when we went back to visit our hometown in Bukidnon a few months ago. We stopped by at Alae, Bukidnon for sanitary inspection when we saw a lot of vendors who are selling binaki. My mom missed eating this native food so she bought them all.
Binaki is a native delicacy particularly in Bukidnon. I don’t know if many people are familiar with it but I’m sure those people who came from our province are familiar with it even if they are now on many parts of the world.

Binaki is a native delicacy only found in Region 10, particularly Bukidnon and CDO. My friends in Davao, GenSan, and all parts of the country don’t know about this. Yay, gimingaw na nuon ko. paborito sad naku na ba. 😀
Hopping for Tuesday Travels. My share is the KARE-KARE I’ve tried at the Dusit Hotel in Makati. Been a while but it was so good I like to have some right now! Lol.

Now this I want to try. Wala yatang nagtitinda ng binaki dito. Na-curious tuloy ako.
Filipino native delicacies are so very great, I try one’s, they called it “balut” one whole egg and with tiny little chick in there..Yummy..
