Creative Decor Veggies
Last Saturday, we were able to witnessed one of the most colorful and indigenous festival in the Philippines which was held at my hometown province in Bukidnon particularly at my birthplace in Malaybalay City.
It commemorates the deep tradition and rituals of ethnic groups that has long inhabited our province of Bukidnon. One of their highlight was the street dancing competition where they also showcased their artistic float creation which is usually composed of native and edible foods such as vegetables, fruit, some food condiments and more.
I was really amazed how they did such a very nice and creative decor veggies. It was created artistically. Just take a look at the photo below.
The vegetables such as tomatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, red pepper bells, carrots and even fruits like banana and flowers like anthurium and many others were arranged beautifully in an artistic way to build such a fabulous parade float.

What do you call that native product sold at Malaybalay published in THE PHILIPPINE STAR page A-28, August 29, 2014. What is it made of? Do you have any idea how (step-by-step) it is done? Do you have variations of this products?
Thanks a lot,
Gener
