More Peanuts, More Pimples
I was craving for some peanuts today when I saw this peanut cart selling at the side walk. I just gave way on this woman who was the first one to fall in line. lol!
I just bought a small pack because I’m sure that I’m gonna be having some pimples. I have no idea but this is what I usually observed every time I eat a little or too much peanuts. After I eat, my face will start to get itchy and my pimples are slowly coming out. According to some studies, acne problems like pimples can be caused from a variety of reasons. One of them is diet and other factors include exercise, cosmetics, diet, hormones, hygiene, medications and stress.
It is said that we have to decrease our daily intake of caffeine, sugar and refined carbohydrates because there have been clinical studies showing that caffeine can increase the levels of stress hormones inside our body that worsens acne conditions. It is also recommended that we have to decrease our dietary intake of eating red meat and dairy products. Well, I think somehow its true since I am such a coffee drinker and I love to eat meat and dairy products like cheese. How about you my friends? Are you allergic to peanuts where pimples will grow every time you eat too much?
