5. Lobster Pick

A lobster pick or fork is long and narrow. This utensil is used to extract flesh from the claws joints and legs. The fork only has two tines and a textured handle shaped like a cylinder. One end of the fork is small and has a crescent-like shape. The other end of the fork may feature a spoon. The lobster pick may also be used with crab and crawfish.
