MY HOMEMADE CHICKEN AFRITADA
I forgot to take a photo before my trooped jumbled on this course, and while in the middle of our eating session my son said, oh! Mom what a miracle you didn’t take a photo of your masterpiece, that’s when I hurriedly take my cam and took a shot, the sauce has spread around the plate already, LOL.
I think this ‘ulam’ is one of the most exploited recipes in pinoy kitchen, My afritada uses no special ingredients, except that I’m a cheese monster that’s why even my afritada is loaded with quick-melt cheese. But other than this add-on the normal afritada ingredients are here. I used Del Monte ready-made afritada sauce, less hassle.
