CREAM OF MUSHROOM SPAGHETTI
I’m sharing with you my family’s all-time favorite spaghetti; I call this my cream of mushroom spaghetti.
What to do:
Cook Pasta as directed in the package, set aside
Dissolve the knorr Cream of mushroom in a 1 cup of water, set aside
- Saute onion in olive oil,
- Add the ground beef, simmer for about 10 minutes;
- Add the grated cheese and the dissolved cream of mushroom
- Simmer till sticky, add little water from time to time to avoid a too sticky sauce,
- Add the Spaghetti sauce and the all purpose cream, the hotdog and stir till blended;
- Simmer a little more, add sugar, the pepper and the Maggi Magic sarap… taste it to your palates desire … add sugar, add a little water, or add a little pepper… your choice… and you’re done!
Plating:
You can pour in all the pasta in the sauce for one time eating;
You can portion the pasta and freeze it, same with the sauce, let the sauce cool down completely before freezing it.
So there …. And my CREAM OF MUSHROOM SPAGHETTI ….. Drum rolls…. Tsaraaannn!!!.

- spaghetti (any brand, cheaper the better; can substitute with rice or instant noodles)
- Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup (chunky version if on sale)
- fresh mushrooms (when have extra cash to splurge)
- spring onions (for some greens)
