Menu Ala JJ

Here’s my mom’s “inato” homemade menu. Double rice with mixed vegetables and savory herbs in sweet and sour sauce with yummy egg omellete. She calls it Menu Ala JJ because her name in Facebook is JJ Sweetness. :)  Mmmmmm… it looks delicious right? Looking at these photo right now made me feel hungry already. It’s a great breakfast meal but for me, since I don’t eat breakfast, its a yummy lunch!
