Easy Ways for Cocktail and Wine Mixing
I’m actually a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management but too bad I wasn’t able to apply what Ive learned since I ended up managing a computer related business. LOL!
But anyway, I know someday I’m gonna mix wines and cocktails when we have our own hotel and restaurant since that is one of our business plans when my mom will finally decide to live here in the Philippines for good.
My mom actually loves mixing her own cocktail and wine. My sister even works in a bar right now as a bartender.It serves as her part time job because she still goes to school.
If you usually go to bars, you might notice that bartenders usually use some ways to mix wine. Based on what I remember from my college lessons before, the first way of mixing wine is stirring where it is usually used for mixing strong liquids or cocktails.
The second way is using a juice machine blender. I like this kind of mixing cocktails because the blender effect tastes really good. The third one is shaking where you use a shaker. This is the most common and easiest way to make cocktail because you just put wine, ice and other materials needed into a cocktail shaker, and then shake it back and forth for a moment to make them fully mixed.
The forth way is building. It is a cocktail making way in which that the bartender pours the materials into the wine glass directly. It is also very easy, and as long as you can control the ingredients well, then you can do a good job even if you are a beginner.
Now you know that if you want to make cocktail of a good taste, you don’t only need to know how to do, but you also need to prepare the bar products needed, then you will do a good job.
