If you’re looking for a food serving style that would best accommodate your group, whether its for a simple party or celebration where the menu is very limited, a simple buffet is the best, even for a small group.
A Buffet Service is a self service serving style where the guests serve themselves. This style is a great method for feeding large numbers of people. This is what we usually serve every time we celebrate our Church thanksgiving and anniversary. The dinner buffet is the most practical way to care for our guests. It can be casual or semi formal as long as it provides a more relaxed method of dining and a more varied menu than a plate-in meal.

One of the advantages of a buffet service is that our guests have the ability to inspect  the foods before selecting it and taking only the quantity needed. It is also commonly used for large gatherings specially at formal wedding receptions.
