SINUGBANG TALAKITOK
My mom brought us some squid and ‘talakitok’ (Cavalla) the other day, it was fresh from the market so we thought of grilling it since I had no class in the evening (Thank God, lol) I always love grilled food, though we don’t often do this because of time constraint and experts say, the black or the burnt part is carcinogenic, but I always believe in the philosophy and anything in excess is dangerous. It’s OK to indulge once in a while.
