MY VEGETABLE GOURMET SALAD

How sad I’m the only one who eats this at home, although my kids eat vegetables, as they should, they can’t take me munching on raw greens like these… they all have eaten up much of the corn that is supposed to be on this salad though but nevermind …

So here sharing my at least twice a week morning anti-global warming diet.

All you need are tango green and red lettuce, depends on how  much you can take in, got mine at Gaisano Mall, it’s potted from Eden Corp. korn kernels, I don’t use the canned ones, carrot strips, Japanese cucumber, tomatoes … that simple….

And for the dressing; about two table spoons mayonaise, a bit of pickle relish, sesame seeds … ganun lang… kung tamad ka … I use my son’s baon spread, the tuna flavored one is perfect … So there…

    ayay! kalami kay homemade…ehehhehe! what I do is I chopped them in pieces and mix the salad dressing…kay dko ganahan ug kaon tinagsaon…ehehehe!
