MY SHRIMP IN GARLIC OYSTER SAUCE
I don’t know how to devein a shrimp, a skill quite hard to develop so I often end up buying the deveined ones, this one is a product of Sarangani Bay. I know their product quality as I know the people behind working to make these products available in the market. They’re really good, promise!
This is what we have for dinner last night. My shrimp in garlic oyster sauce.
What you need:
¼ kilo shrimp unshelled and deveined. I used a ready-to-cook deveined shrimp
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 reg. size onion
1 reg. size tomato
Thumbnail size ginger
1 reg. size red bell pepper
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
SVP to taste
What to do:
Sauté onion, tomato, garlic in at 2 tbsp olive oil, when the onion start to look transparent, add all other spices and drop in the shrimp, put in a little water to keep it from drying, stir and put in the oyster sauce, add a dash of salt, pinch of pepper or vetsin if you’re comfortable to taste and you’re done.
And dinner is served in ten minutes. Tsarraaaaaaannnnn!
